In this capacity, we regularly advise employers on layoffs, wage and hour inspections, and compliance reviews. We also help employers with employee handbooks, drug testing programs, affirmative action plans, and employment policies.

We help our clients articulate their goals, and we help our clients reach those goals in the most efficient and effective manner. When a client approaches us with legal concerns about benefit arrangements, we make it a point to understand the client's perspective and philosophy. We engage in initial discussions regarding "big picture" issues, addressing the client's general approach to benefits and its specific objectives.
