Ahmed Abdelfadil Eldessouki

Mr. Eldessouki is a lawyer in the litigation department. He represents individuals and corporation in complex civil & commercial cases in courts including disputes involving commercial contracts, agency issues, insurance and reinsurance, business torts etc.

He has spent almost 10 years litigating and trying criminal and civil cases including matters related to fraud, misrepresentation, non compete agreements, trade secrets etc.

Mr. Eldessouki litigation experience spans all phases of pre-trial practice, including injunction proceedings, summary judgments, objections and appeal.

He has also excellent experience in construction litigation including representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

He has also significant experience in litigation involving commercial and asset-based lending; real estate finance; lender liability; real estate and other liens; letters of credit; breach of fiduciary duty; the sale/purchase of goods; fraud; breach of contract; negligent misrepresentation; coverage under insurance policies; theft of trade secrets,; condemnation of real estate; dealer and distributorship termination; real estate title issues; construction disputes; and claims for damages.

His practice is concentrates in complex litigation matters and he has handled a wide variety of matters including breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, securities, torts, class actions, trade secrets, financial and banking claims.

Mr. Eldessouki also has extensive knowledge and experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution matters. He has successfully handles numerous domestic arbitrations.

He also is specialized in criminal defense and has represented companies and individuals in criminal matters including financial crimes, accounting frauds, anti corruption violations, embezzlement, money laundering, theft, etc.
