Mohamed Ibrahim Khairy

Mr. Khairy has extensive experience in commercial & civil litigation and consultation practice.

He has handled major commercial and civil cases brought as individual and corporations including representation of domestic and international institutions in claims related to complex structured financing transactions and corporate matters.

Mr. Khairy commercial litigation experience includes diverse allegations, including financial and loan disputes, contract litigation breach of judiciary duty, business torts, real estate and financial services. He has counseled corporate officers and directors and investment advisers, venture capital regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duties in structuring transactions.

Also, he maintains a complex commercial litigation practice focusing on construction law. This includes representation of owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in contract drafting and negotiation, bid protests, workouts, claims litigation, and arbitration proceedings. He has tried cases involving a variable of construction projects, including resort hotels, wastewater treatment plants, shopping centers, and residential developments.

Mr. Khairy practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, trials, and arbitration. He focuses on cases arising under insurance and financial laws; breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims; and other disputes.

He focuses also on a wide range of maritime matters with emphasis on maritime transactions, enforcement of mortgages, maritime liens, charter parties, cargo, marine insurance, towage, arbitration and marine product liability.
