Mohamed Youssef Mahgoub

Mr. Youssef is a member of the firm's litigation and consultation departments. His practice focuses on real estate matters. He represents developers, investors, retailers, utility companies, property managers and brokers. He delivers a complete range of integrated legal services that are designed to achieve best outcomes for the firm's clients. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions including issues related to government approvals and requirements and all disputes related to property development matters and rental disputes.

Mr. Youssef also handles labour & employment litigation practice including wrongful discharge, discrimination, unfair terms, non-confidentiality issues and trade secrets, class actions involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination issues; and other employment law issues.

Furthermore, he is involved in criminal actions including claims related to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, insider trading claims and complex criminal and civil forfeiture proceedings and related matters.
